Ectomorph: This body type is characterised by a rapid metabolism and the capacity to shed pounds quickly. They're typically short and tall with narrow shoulders and short shoulders.
Mesomorph: This is the most frequent body type in men. It's also noted for its athleticism and definition. These folks are noted for being able to rapidly develop muscle and fat as well as having a regular metabolic rate.
Endomorphs: This bodytype have a small stature and a slower metabolism. It has a slower metabolism and a shorter body. This makes it harder for persons with this body type to swiftly reduce fat while gaining muscle. They have bigger arms and legs, and their upper legs are generally stronger.
